Once a buyer confirms an order and completes payment directly with the manufacturer, the manufacturer becomes responsible for the following delivery processes:
- Manufacturing the product according to the agreed specifications
- Preparing the product for shipment
- Handling packaging and export documentation
- Arranging logistics and transportation
- Delivering the product to the buyer according to the agreed shipping terms
The manufacturer will provide shipping details, delivery schedules, and relevant documentation for the order.
Our Role in Supporting the Delivery Process
Although we do not manufacture the products ourselves, we remain actively involved in the process to help ensure smooth coordination between the buyer and the manufacturer.
Our support may include:
- Monitoring production progress with the manufacturer
