Egg Collection System
The complete egg collection unit adopts hot-dip galvanized rollers paired with red buffer strips, delivering excellent shock absorption to cut egg breakage rates at the source. It features automatic guided conveying and simultaneous egg collection across multi-tier cages, eliminating manual egg picking cage by cage. Its metal components resist high-humidity corrosion in chicken houses with a sturdy, deformation-resistant structure, ideal for large-scale stacked breeding. It drastically cuts labor for egg collection and boosts overall egg harvesting efficiency.
Drinking Water System
The core pressure regulating and reducing valve precisely balances the water pressure of the entire rack water line, delivering even and stable water flow at each cage on every floor. The valve body is made of anti-aging, acid and alkali resistant plastic for easy disassembly, assembly and flushing. Pipelines are fitted with spring protective sleeves to prevent bending and water dripping, keeping the cages dry. This reduces respiratory and intestinal diseases in chicken flocks, enables stable water supply around the clock, and extends the service life of the equipment.
Chain Feeding System
The thickened galvanized feed trough is matched with high-strength wear-resistant nylon chains. Manure Cleaning System
The wear-resistant spiral auger paired with anti-seepage coated manure belts enables simultaneous automatic manure pushing across multiple tiers. Timed manure removal eliminates the need for manual shoveling. The auger is corrosion-resistant and prevents chicken manure adhesion, while the manure belts are impermeable and easy to rinse.
